Tony provides leadership in the development and management of key business and client relationships. He draws from his 20 years in the AEC industry, experience in politics and municipal management, and his time spent studying architecture and planning in college. He collaborates with the firm’s leadership to develop strategies that ensure the efficient use of resources, the alignment of project goals with client expectations and the overall success of the firm’s projects. He also assists in the development of project teams between consulting firms, investors, and developers and manages client relationships to ensure project success.
