Tracy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Administration from Butler University and recently earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She is an active member of the Human Resource Association of Central Indiana (HRACI) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

As smdp’s management coordinator and director of Human Resources, Tracy is responsible for the firm’s overall business administration. Since joining smdp, Tracy has played an integral role in supporting the firm’s growth and development, primarily through staffing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
