Vanke Paradiso

The Paradiso project is located at the east side of Jinshazhou, Guangzhou. The challenge of this project is to create a mixed-use development of various residential types with retail uses and a school. To integrate these elements, the landscape concept utilizes interconnected elements of parks and greenways, water, and planting that establish a strong framework for the whole project. By preserving the Ficus tree on the site, the main entry drive is totally shaded, which makes this “Green Axle Road” a significant contribution to the ecological dwelling environment.

In terms of architectural design, the point residential towers are truly original design featuring with light-weight massing, thin curtain walls and a transparent silhouette. The Urban villas are characterized by its heaviness, solidity, elegance and poetic gestures, which explore the human notions of stability and eternity. The stone veneers and pivoted Polycarbonate panels provide adequate privacy for the dwellers; at the same time, an elegant façade in elaborate proportion satisfies the viewers at the plaza.
