Sunway Iskandar Grid
The Sunway Grid is an innovative Mixed-Use development comprising retail, office and residential units. Its name is inspired by construction guidelines which reflects its innovative standardized modules that maximize building and layout efficiency. The project is located in the Medini Economic Zone of Iskandar.
The program is comprised of 500 units at 436,000 gross square feet of Residential and 186,000 square feet of commercial space. The commercial space includes retail at levels 1 and 2 with office space above. The project is targeted at the millennial with smaller flexible units which can be modified to each buyer’s specific program criteria. The goal was to design a signature building with an efficient structural system at an economical price point.
