ITRM Retail Center

smdp provided Design Architect Services for the ITRM Retail Project with the primary responsibility for site, podium massing, exterior wall design and material selection. The 3 level retail design in centered around an internal sunken garden. Massing, material and detailing were carefully studied to create an inviting pedestrian experience.
