John has been involved with the studio’s projects in East Asia. His print design and architectural background has allowed him to assist senior project designers with visualizing projects through the print medium as well as participating in the projects’ conceptual development and processes. Working at smdp has allowed John to experience the architectural design process through a wide variety of scales and appreciate architecture as a series of connected spaces to form a holistic identity and presence.
