David manages the operations of the firm and coordinates the efforts of project teams to deliver the highest level of service to clients. His 30 years of diverse experience have enabled him to effectively organize and implement uniquely complicated projects in a timely manner. David has worked on projects both in the United States as well as overseas. His overseas experience has led to successful projects in England, South America, The Middle East and Asia.
